careers web site experience that provides engaging, personalized tools for

The newly designed site was developed specifically for college students
in response to their feedback on what they'd like to see on the firm's
careers web site. The firm plans to enhance the careers website again later
this year after obtaining feedback from experienced hires, and is launching
the new site now to help give it an edge during the crucial spring
recruiting season.
